How It Works: • Secure with a Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your livestock and officially take them off our available stock list. • 4-Month Flexible Window: You have up to 4 months from the date of your deposit to pay off the remaining balance. • SumUp Invoicing: Installment’s can be paid seamlessly and securely via digital SumUp invoices sent directly to you. • Settlement Before Shipping/Collection: The balance must be paid in full before your fish leave our facility.

Getting Your Fish: • Appointment-Only Collection: Free local pickup from our facility by pre-booked appointment. • Courier Delivery: Nationwide specialised livestock courier delivery is available for a flat rate of £25.

The Fine Print: ⚠️ Husbandry & Holds: We will continue to house, feed, and expertly care for your reserved fish for the duration of your payment plan (up to 4 months) at no extra cost. Because we hold these specific fish for you and turn away other potential buyers, deposits are strictly non-refundable if the plan is cancelled.
